Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Persona, operated by Ignited ("we"). By creating an account or installing Persona, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent (the "client").

What Persona is

Persona lets a business create an AI version of a person (usually its founder or coach) that answers the business's own customers ("subclients") using content the business provides. Replies are generated by AI and can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing how your persona behaves and for anything you tell your subclients it can do.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in email and API keys secure. Actions taken with them are treated as yours.
• Only give team access to people you trust to manage your business's persona.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account or a key was compromised, and revoke the key in the dashboard.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you add (text, documents, transcripts, videos and connected-app data) and to your persona's profile. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Persona for you. You confirm you have the right to use that content, including any third parties' personal information in call recordings or documents, and that your use complies with the law and with any consent your subclients or call participants gave.

Acceptable use

• Don't impersonate anyone other than yourself or someone who has authorized you.
• Don't use Persona to give individualized medical, legal or financial advice, to deceive people about being an AI, or for anything unlawful, harassing or harmful.
• Don't try to access other clients' data, bypass limits, or attack or overload the service.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Whop, which processes payments and manages renewals, cancellations and refunds under Whop's terms. Trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before they end. Plan limits, such as monthly replies, are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.

Integrations

When you connect another service (for example Fireflies, Google Drive or Notion), access is handled by our integration provider with read-only permissions and is subject to that service's own terms. You can disconnect at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Persona available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you paid for.

Ending

You can stop using Persona and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms. After cancellation, we delete your persona's content within a reasonable period unless the law requires us to keep it.

Liability

Persona is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose.
