Will it make things up?
It answers from your knowledge and your profile, shows the source, and says it doesn't know when the answer isn't there. It also tells people it's an AI version of you if they ask.
Do I need Whop?
No. Use it on Whop, on your own website, inside your app, or all three. Sign up on the website with just your email.
Who sees the conversations?
You do, in your dashboard. Each client's data is separate, and your connected apps are read-only: Persona never sends, edits or deletes anything in them.
Can it use my call recordings?
Yes. Connect Fireflies, Fathom, Gong or Zoom and pick which calls it learns from. Nothing from a connected app reaches your clients unless you choose to add it.
What happens after 3,000 replies?
The chat tells people to check back soon until the next month starts. Your own tests in the dashboard never count.
Is it secure to embed in my app?
Your server creates short-lived sessions with a secret key that never reaches the browser, and the chat only loads on sites you allow. The security guide has the details.
