The persona's own name and photo (set in Persona) are what subclients see on each message.
Custom domain
Serve the chat, your dashboard and sign-in from an address like chat.yourbrand.com.
- In Branding, enter the domain and click Connect.
- Add the DNS records shown at your DNS provider:
- a CNAME from your domain to our target (shown on the page), and
- any TXT records shown, which prove ownership and issue the HTTPS certificate.
- Click Check again after a few minutes. When it says Live, the domain works over HTTPS.
On your domain:

Only your business is served on your domain; any other client's pages return 404 there. Use a subdomain (CNAMEs can't sit on a root domain at most DNS providers). Remove the domain any time; DNS changes are yours to undo.
