Quickstart

1. Create your account

• On Whop: install Persona from the Whop app store into your business. You're signed in automatically.
• On the web: go to /signup, enter your business name and email, and click the link we email you. There are no passwords: every sign-in is a one-time link that expires in 15 minutes.

Both start a 7-day free trial. You choose a plan before the trial starts.

2. Teach it who you are

In Persona, write who you are, how you talk, your boundaries and a welcome message. Switch on what it should do: onboard, answer questions, recommend offers. Use the test chat on the right: it runs exactly what your clients get.

3. Add knowledge

In Knowledge, paste text or add web pages. Connect apps in Integrations (Fireflies, Fathom, Google Drive, Notion, YouTube and more), then ask the import assistant to bring in what you choose. Every answer cites the knowledge it used. When something isn't in your knowledge, the persona says it doesn't know instead of guessing.

4. Put it in front of your clients

• Whop: add Persona to a product (Products, then Apps). Members of that product see the chat.
• Your website or app: see Embed.
• A link: your server creates a session and redirects the user to it. See Hosted links.

5. Make it yours

In Branding, set your app name, logo, accent color and appearance, hide "Powered by Persona", and connect your own domain. See White-label.
